       នៅក្នុងសង្គមសព្វថ្ងៃមានសិស្សានុសិស្សជាច្រើនដែលបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាទាំងវ័យក្មេង។នៅក្នុងនោះគឺមានសិស្សឈប់រៀនតាំងពីថ្នាក់ទី8-9ហើយសិស្សខ្វះទៀតចប់ទី១២ហើយគ្នានលិទ្ធភាពរៀនបន្ថក៏ឈប់រៀន។នោះគឺដោយសារតែហេតុផលតែម្យ៉ាងអត់មានលិទ្ធភាពរៀនបន្ដ។

តើឈប់រៀនហើយពួកគាត់គួរធ្វើអ្វីបន្ដ?

    ជាស្ដែងប្រសិនជាសិស្សគ្មានលិទ្ធភាពរៀនបន្ដទេ មាន ក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈជាច្រើននៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដែរនៅជួយរកដំណោះស្រាយឲ្យអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាគ្រប់ខេត្ដក្រុង។ រាល់ការរៀនចប់ខាងសាលារការងារឲ្យធ្វើ។

ឧទាហរណ៍: នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិវិជ្ជាជីវៈខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង(NVIB)កំពុងតែផ្ដល់ឪកាសដល់អ្នកឈប់រៀនហើយមិនចង់ធ្វើការងារឲ្យគេអស់មួយជីវិត។អ្វីដែលកាន់តែពិសេសជានោះនៅទៀតរៀនអត់ឥតគិតថ្លៃ បានទាំងចំណេះជំនាញ ហើយកម្រិតមួយចំនួនមានប្រាក់ឧបត្ដម្ភដែរ មួយវិញទៀតប្រសិនគ្មានកន្លែងស្នាក់នៅខាងសាលាផ្ដល់កន្លែងស្នាក់ឲ្យបន្ថែមទៀត។ 

        នៅក្នុងNVIBគឺមានកម្រិត បញ្ញាប័ត្រ បញ្ញាប័ត្ររង និង កម្រិត C1 C2 C3ហើយ មានជំនាញជាច្រើនដើម្បីឲ្យអ្នកជ្រើសរើស។ តែអីឡួវនេះនៅខាងសាលា NVIB កំពុងជ្រើសរើសសិស្សចូលរៀនចំនួន៦៣០នាក់ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃហើយបានប្រាក់ឧបត្ដម្ភប្រចាំខែថែមទៀត។

        In today's society, there are many students who graduate at a young age.  The only reason is not the ability to continue learning.

 What should they do after leaving school?

 Their answer:

 Stop studying and go to work for someone

 Stop studying and go abroad (as an immigrant)

 Stop studying and get married

 Stop studying and do construction, etc.

 However, if we reflect on the current society, we will always find ways to solve problems for everyone.

     Obviously, if students do not have the ability to continue their studies, there are many ministries in the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training in Cambodia that are still helping to find solutions for all of you in every province.  All school work to be done.

 Example: The National Vocational Institute of Battambang (NVIB) is providing opportunities for those who have dropped out of school and do not want to work for the rest of their lives.  Some have a stipend, and if there is no accommodation, the school provides additional accommodation.

         In NVIB there are degree, associate degree and C1, C2, C3 levels and there are many skills for you to choose from.  But now NVIB is recruiting 630 students for free and getting a monthly stipend.

         There are many skills to choose from, such as:

 1.  Construction sector

 - Lime work

 - Installation of electrical network in Akka

 - Installation of finished wood accessories

 2.  Mechanical sector

 - Car maintenance and repair

 3. Agriculture and Industry

 - Electric welding

 - Cake making

 - Fruit and vegetable processing

 - Fish farming and care

 - Planting, care and collection of mango, turmeric

 4.  Business and Information Technology

 - Computer Services

 - Computer graphic design

 5. Electronics

 -Security Camera Installation and Maintenance

 6.  Service sector

 - Beauty Services

 7. Cold and heat equipment

 - Home Air Conditioning Service

     Admission Conditions

 For young people from poor or vulnerable families

Students will benefit
